“Old tankless water heater was giving us issues. Called to get it serviced they came out and Derek said there wasn't much we could do to extend the life anymore. He didn't charge me anything even though I wasted his time. Had him do up a estimate for a new one. Which was well priced. They hooked us up with the national fuel rebate and also added a Veteran discount on for me since I served in the Marines. Install was super-fast and efficient. Derek even showed me how I can do the yearly service on it on my own to save service call charges for the yearly maintenance. Thank you for making sure we aren't taking cold showers. Highly recommend. Thanks again. Go Bills”

“Derek is very responsive when you reach out to him. You don't have to wait days for a return call. He keeps you updated on when equipment is coming in and when he will be back out to do the job. He is thorough and follows up to make sure all is ok. His prices are very fair and competitive. He also put a gas line in for us a few years ago and did a great job with that as well. Highly recommend.”
